In day 1, you will learn all about FEELINGS. I know you think you know plenty about how you feel. You FEEL all the time, you think you FEEL all the FEELS too much. Well, there is a lot more to it, and we dig deep into EMOTIONS in Day 1.

DAY 2

WHY YOU DO ANYTHING, EVER.

From day 1, you now know a lot more about why you feel the way you do, but why do you act the way you do? 

Why do you do things or make certain decisions that make you feel insecure, inadequate, unloved, sad, dissatisfied, angry, lonely, unaccomplished (the list goes on)???

Or, why do you NOT do things you know you really want to do to better your relationships and your life? 

On Day 2, I teach you why...

WHAT IS IN YOUR CONTROL?

You have taken in a lot in the past 2 days. Understanding the 'WHY'S' of your feelings and actions.
