Resources

They buy a bunch of resources that they read about online. This might be a webinar series or a collection of free challenges. They have tons of plans for what to do with them (waiting for that rainy day) and end up realizing that they don’t know if they have the right stuff or are doing the right things with them.

Opinions

They turn to social media to ask for advice. The quality of that input varies widely, and inevitably they receive a lot of “You should think this or that” advice- nothing that discusses WHY or HOW. It’s one thing to read about it, but it’s another to implement it into your everyday life.

Wants the 'fix'

And last, they only turn to some form of coaching or help when something is wrong! They want to “fix” something in their lives because they believe something is broken* In actual fact, you don’t need to feel like something is broken in order to make improvements.

Lesson One

Uncovering Beliefs About You

Our thoughts are powerful. They create how we feel and our feelings inspire our actions. However, we are not our thoughts, our thoughts do not define who we are at our core, our essence, our soul. In this lesson I’ll teach you to become the Watcher of your mind and the Scientist of your thoughts. These are tools that will ease you into learning how to become more aware.

Lesson Two

The Coaching Model 

Every issue we encounter in our lives can be broken down into five interrelated components. When you understand each of these components, you can clearly identify your problem and decide which category it fits into. This is the lesson for those who like some structure!

Lesson Three

You Are Worthy

The idea of becoming worthy is impossible. Every single human is worthy. It has already been decided. It is inherent to all people. In this lesson we start to learn to accept your full and undeniable worthiness and how to connect to it so you can live a fuller life.

Lesson Four

Understanding Relationships

We’re so confused about how the world works, especially when it comes to relationships. We’re under the impression that we have to control the world to feel good. We have so many rules for our relationships that we’ve stopped experiencing them and are locked into our expectations of how these relationships should be. We will dive into the importance of the relationship you have with yourself and how that sets the tone for all other relationships in your life. 

Lesson Five

Release your Manual

A manual is an instruction guide we have for someone in our lives about how we would like them to behave so we can feel good and be happy. We generally don’t tell the other person what’s in our manual, and we usually don’t even realize we have it or see the pain it causes us. We look into how to uncover your manual and work to release it in order to have more loving and fulfilling relationships.

Lesson Six

Boundaries

Healthy boundaries promote self responsibility and empowerment, they lead to closer relationships with others. In this lesson we cover topics including; When & How to Set a Boundary, How to clearly communicate when a violation has occurred. Understanding When it's NOT a boundary issue, Defining The Challenge in setting boundaries and Signs that you're not ready to set a boundary.

Lesson Seven

Define your self image

In this lesson we deep dive into the area of self image, body confidence and how we perceive ourselves. You will learn how you truly perceive yourself and also how you think others perceive you. We deep dive on what self-image you would like to portray, and then how to get there! Including my infamous mirror exercise! 

Lesson Eight

Self-Confidence

This Section on Self Confidence is split into a three part series. We dive into how you rate your self confidence and if it is holding you back from any goals you would like to achieve. I have designed this lesson to be spread out over the course of a week. 

Lesson Nine

The Law of Attraction

We are energy. Every cell in our body. Everything has an energetic frequency, including our thoughts. You know the score, “The Secret” - Well, it is like that. However, my preferred teacher is ABRAHAM HICKS when it comes to The Law of Attraction. Here we deep dive into the law of attraction, and how manifestation can change your life. We learn how to write manifestation statements and you’ll discover a new practice of daily affirmations.

Passive Action + Goal Commitments 

Consuming information is all good, but if you don’t apply it. Guess what, it ain’t shit. This lesson outlines the difference between passive action and massive action. We explore what goals you have in place, and why they may not be going the way you hoped. I teach you how to work through those blockages and how to put together an action plan to achieve them. 

Lesson Eleven

Past vs. Future Focus 

Your past does not determine who you are. your past prepares you for who you are to become. In this lesson I’ll take you back through time memories that you have of 1 week, 3 months, a year and 5 years - your memories of them, and how we can rewrite them to serve you better. I’ll guide you through an exercise where you’ll learn how to change your story of the past, present and future. 

Lesson Twelve

Reflect on your growth 

What would a coaching program look like without some reflection, hey? In this lesson we journey back to our first lesson of uncovering our beliefs. I will guide you through a series of exercises to help you see your transformation and areas of growth.

Hi, I'm Emily!

My name is Emily Elizabeth, I am a life and confidence coach, and I am ready to help you take back your confidence and feel in control of your life.

I learned the skill of self-confidence. I learned how to love MY body, my looks, myself. I started to believe in myself and that is when I began to take action in order to reach my dreams and goals.

I love helping women get out of the victim mentality, find their self-worth, and reconnect with themselves so they can not only improve themselves but all their relationships. 

When I am not creating content for my clients and programs, you can find me on a spontaneous trip with my husband, working out, curled up with my journal, or spending time enjoying the outdoors.
